How to assign points and calculate multiple scores?

Pre-requisite: You must have installed the Scorecery add-on for Google Forms. If you haven't installed the add-on yet, you can install it from Google Workspace Marketplace using this link. https://workspace.google.com/marketplace/app/scorecery/706030115252

Step 1: Open your form in Google Forms. Add a Short Answer question with number response validation for each category score you would like to calculate.
Step 2: Click on the addon icon and click Scorecery.
Step 3: Scorecery menu will be displayed. Click More options.
Step 4: Sidebar widget will be displayed. Click Customize.
Step 5: In the Edit page, click on the gear icon next to the question.
Step 6: Question settings page will be displayed. Click Answer. Assign points for the different answer choices and click Save.
Repeat steps 5 and 6 to assign points for other questions in the form. Click on the gear icon next to the question. Question settings page will be displayed. Click Answer. Assign points for the different answer choices and click Save.
Step 7: Click on the gear icon next to the score question.
Step 8: Question settings page will be displayed. Click Answer, add the POINTS formula in the Calculate option and click Save.
Step 9: Similarly, click on the gear icon next to the second score question. Question settings page will be displayed. Click Answer, add the POINTS formula in the Calculate option and click Save.
